GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)

Article 1 — Purpose

These GTC govern the sales of products made on the site [lesmathsnemordentpas.fr], published by ET Capital, between the seller and any customer ("the Buyer").

Article 2 — Products

The site offers for sale: "Les maths ne mordent pas", activity book

Pre-orders are indicated as such on the product page, with an estimated delivery date: late September.

Article 3 — Price

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC).

The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing on the product page on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Buyer.

Article 4 — Order

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC. The ordering process (adding to cart, contact details, payment) constitutes the formation of the sales contract.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are: Shopify Payments — bank card, etc.

Article 6 — Delivery

• Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 business days.
  

In the case of pre-orders, the delivery date is indicative and may be subject to change; the Buyer will be informed by email in the event of a significant change.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of 14 clear days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Article 8 — Legal Guarantees

Every product sold is covered by:

• The legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code)
